And if it hadn’t burnt my tongue off, it may have ranked up there with one of the godliest meals so far as well. This motherfucker right hurr is 닭갈비, specifically CHEE-TATO dakgalbi. It is a Mount Everest of cheese, potato slices, and galbi chicken. If you’ve never tried it before, galbi is a Korean marinade that is more commonly cooked on beef. In all cases, the flavor is best described as DANK AS FUCK. Like I was saying though, for some reason this restaurant really likes to knock things up another notch fifteen notches with their spice weasel. We tried to tame this dish by ordering fried rice and mixing the two homeboys together but while that was a noble intention, the outcome was a fail. Noona and I left with our mouths in coffins, unable to speak more than a few words for the next hour. Overall, was it worth it? Duh, we ain’t faggots. simplyawnya: oooh i wanna try this… ^^
